Service Types

This page lists all service types in the Cimpl database. Any Service Types not already in Cimpl, must be added and evaluated by Cimpl. If you want to add a new Service Type, contact cimpl-support@uplandsoftware.com.

To navigate to Service Types, click Configuration > Administration > Service Types.

You can:

• Change the service type status.
• Edit Service Type display color.
• Modify service compatibility.

Search Service Types:

• Enter search terms into the search box. Cimpl searches your database and displays service types that match your search criteria.
